Road Hop is an endless arcade crossing game starring a brave little blocky bunny. Every hop forward brings a new lane: busy roads full of cars and trucks, rivers where you must ride floating logs, and railway tracks where speedy trains roar past after a warning light. Grab shiny coins along the way, but do not dawdle, because a hungry eagle swoops in if you stand still for too long or fall behind.
How to play
- Tap or press Up to hop forward one row.
- Swipe or use Left, Right and Down to sidestep or step back.
- Wait for gaps in traffic and watch the red signal before crossing the rails.
- Jump onto logs to cross rivers, because the water is deadly.
- Keep moving forward, or the eagle will grab you.
Controls
- Computer
- Arrow keys or WASD to hop; Space also hops forward.
- Phone and tablet
- Tap to hop forward and swipe left, right or down to move in that direction.
Tips
- Logs carry you sideways, so hop off before you drift out of the play area.
- A flashing red light means a train is coming, so stay off the rails until it passes.
- Short pauses are fine, but the screen slowly moves forward, so do not wait too long.
Questions
- What is my score?
- Your score is the furthest row you reached. Coins are counted separately.
- Why did an eagle grab me?
- The eagle appears if you stop moving forward for about eight seconds or fall too far behind the scrolling screen.
