Moto Hill Tips: Drive Farther & Earn More Coins
Moto Hill is a balance between speed, fuel and control. The hills are endless and random, and each run ends when your driver lands on their head or the tank runs dry. Coins from flips and pickups pay for engine, tire and fuel tank upgrades. These tips help you drive farther and earn more on every run.

Save fuel
The tank drains much faster while you hold gas than when you coast. On downhills and after crests, let go and roll instead of pressing gas all the way. Use gas to build momentum before climbs, then ease off when the ride is moving well. A fuel can refills the tank completely, so plan to reach the next one rather than racing.
Control the air
In the air, gas tilts your ride back and brake tilts it forward. Ease off the gas just before a crest so you do not launch with too much spin. Use small taps in the air to line up with the slope you are landing on. Landing on both wheels keeps your speed; landing on your head ends the run.
Land flips for coins
Every full flip you land earns 20 coins, and staying airborne for a long time earns a small bonus too. Big crests and steep drops give the most air time. Only try flips when you have height, and stop rotating early enough to land upright. A failed flip ends the run, so on low fuel play it safe.
Climb steep hills
Steep hills need momentum, so pick up speed on the slope before them. If the front lifts on a climb, ease the gas or tap brake to bring the nose down. Stalling halfway up wastes fuel and can roll you backwards. Grippier tires help a lot on steep sections. Back off the gas at the top of the climb so you do not launch too far over the crest.
Upgrade in the right order
Coins and upgrades are saved between runs. A bigger fuel tank is the best early buy, because it lets you reach the next fuel can and see new zones. Then improve the engine for climbing and tires for grip. Further along, the hills pass through the desert and snowy peaks to a low-gravity moon base, where jumps get huge.
Questions
- What are the zones?
- Runs start on green meadows, then pass through the desert and snowy peaks before reaching a low-gravity moon base.
- How many coins is a flip worth?
- Each full flip you land earns 20 coins, so a double flip earns 40. Long air time without a flip earns a small bonus.
- Does coasting use fuel?
- Yes, but much less than holding gas, so letting go on downhills makes your tank last far longer.
