Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

By using teloo.games ("Teloo") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using Teloo

Teloo's games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to Teloo and embed games using the official embed code on our webmasters page. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the games, art, sounds or code, or present them as your own.

Nicknames and online play

You can choose a nickname, which is shown to other players on leaderboards and in online games. Do not use names or emotes that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or contain personal information such as phone numbers. We may hide, change or remove names and scores that break these rules or look like cheating, without notice. Be respectful to other players.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or try to disrupt the site, other players or our servers. Leaderboard and tournament scores may be removed if we believe they were not achieved fairly.

Tournaments and rewards

Weekly tournament prizes are in-game rewards only (such as Teloo Plus days). They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may change or end tournaments at any time.

Teloo Plus

Teloo Plus is an optional extra that removes ads and unlocks cosmetic items. Plus codes are personal and may not be sold or shared publicly.

Ads and links

Teloo may show ads from third parties and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

No warranty

Teloo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that saved progress (which is stored in your browser) will never be lost. To the extent allowed by law, Teloo is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Children

Teloo is suitable for a general audience. Children should use online features with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Teloo means you accept the updated terms.
