How to Win at Stack Tower: Stacking Tips & Tricks
Stack Tower is a one-touch timing game. A block slides back and forth above your tower, and any part that hangs over the edge is cut off when you drop it. Each block counts as one point, so the goal is simply to stack as high as you can before you miss completely.

Watch the edge, not the centre
It is much easier to judge when an edge of the moving block lines up with the matching edge of the tower than to judge the centres. Pick one edge, the leading or trailing one, watch it, and tap as it meets the tower's edge. This simple change makes your drops far more accurate.
Chain perfect drops
A drop that lines up almost exactly counts as perfect, and nothing is cut off. Land three or more perfect drops in a row and your block starts to grow bigger again, up to its maximum size. That is the only way to win back width, so long perfect streaks are the key to very tall towers.
Find a rhythm
The block slides in a steady back-and-forth, and the direction alternates between the two sides of the tower with each new block. Learn the timing for each direction and tap to a beat rather than reacting at the last moment. Most misses happen when players rush or hesitate.
Because the block always starts from one side and travels to the other, it helps to count its journey. Watch a few passes before your first drop and get a feel for the speed. Then commit to your tap rather than waiting for one more pass, since the slider never slows down.
Stay calm as it speeds up
The slider gets faster as your tower grows, so the timing window shrinks. When you lose width, do not panic: a narrow block can still be stacked for a long time if your timing is good. Focus on landing each block cleanly rather than chasing perfects at any cost.
Use the keyboard for precision
On a computer, pressing Space, Enter or Down to drop gives a crisper response than clicking. On a phone, tap anywhere on the screen, so you can keep your thumb resting and ready. Whatever you use, keep your eyes on the tower, not your hands.
Questions
- Should I watch the block or the tower?
