Snake Rush is the classic snake game in a busy market, with a few twists that change how you score. Food is worth more at higher levels, quick eating builds combos and the golden fruit is a big prize if you reach it in time. Every level also adds stalls and walls, so planning your route is vital.

Eat quickly for combos
If you eat the next piece of food within a couple of seconds of the last, your combo goes up and each bite is worth more. Plan a short route between nearby food items rather than wandering. Combos reset when you slow down, so on an open board, go straight for the next piece.
Grab the golden fruit
The golden fruit appears every so often and stays for about seven seconds, flashing just before it disappears. It is worth 50 points times your level and makes you grow by three. Go for it when the route is safe, but do not crash into a stall or your own tail chasing it. A safe ordinary meal is better than a game over.
Prepare for each new level
Every seven pieces of food takes you up a level. From level 2, jars and crates appear on the board, and from level 3, short walls are added too. The snake also gets faster as you eat and level up. Higher levels multiply your food points, so surviving longer is worth a lot.
Stay in open space
As you grow, your own body becomes the biggest danger. Stay away from corners and narrow gaps between stalls, and avoid turning into a pocket you cannot leave. A good habit is to keep circling through the open middle of the market and only dart into tight spots when the exit is clear.
Walls and obstacles do not move, so learn the shape of each new layout as soon as the level changes. Pick a safe loop around the obstacles and follow it while you wait for food to appear in an easy spot.
Plan a few moves ahead
Before each turn, think about where your tail will be when your head arrives. Moving along the edge of your own body, like coiling a rope, keeps space open and makes it hard to trap yourself. On a keyboard, tap the arrow keys or WASD early for each turn rather than at the last moment.
