Pixel Logic is a picture logic puzzle, sometimes called a nonogram. The numbers beside each row and column tell you how many cells in a row are filled in that line. Use logic to fill the right cells, mark the empty ones, and reveal the hidden picture.
How to play
- Choose a size: 5×5, 10×10 or 15×15.
- Read the numbers beside each row and column: they show the runs of filled cells in that line.
- Fill the cells you are sure about.
- Mark cells you know are empty with an X.
- Wrong fills cost a life; complete the grid to reveal the picture.
Controls
- Computer
- Click to fill cells and switch to Mark mode for X's. Arrow keys move, Enter or F fills, X marks, M switches mode and H gives a hint.
- Phone and tablet
- Tap or drag to fill cells. Switch to Mark mode to place X's.
Tips
- Start with lines whose numbers almost fill the whole row.
- Marking empty cells helps you see what is left.
- Work back and forth between rows and columns.
Questions
- What do the numbers mean?
- Each number is a run of filled cells in that row or column, in order, with at least one empty cell between runs.
- What happens if I fill a wrong cell?
- You lose a life. Run out of lives and the puzzle ends.
