City Dash 3D Tips: Run Farther & Score Higher

City Dash 3D gets faster the longer you skate, so a long run is built on calm, early decisions. Your score grows with distance, and coins and parcels add bonus points on top. This guide explains how scoring works, how to survive traffic at high speed, and how missions and upgrades make every run stronger than the last.

How scoring works

Distance adds points all the time, each coin is worth 10 and each parcel 100. Double score multiplies all three while it lasts, so a parcel grabbed with double score active is worth 200. Coins also go to your bank at the end of the run, where you spend them on upgrades, so collecting them pays twice.

Read the road early

Buses and trams drive towards you, so they close the gap much faster than parked vans or barriers. Look two or three obstacles ahead and change lanes early, not at the last second. If you clip the side of an obstacle while switching lanes, you only stumble back into your lane and lose a little speed, but running straight into it ends the run.

Jump and slide with control

Jump over barriers, pits and rooftop gaps, and slide under low signs and pipes. Press jump just before landing and you jump again the moment you touch down. Swipe down in the air to drop fast and go straight into a slide, the quickest answer when a low sign follows a jump. Falling into a gap ends the run.

Make power-ups count

The magnet pulls in nearby coins, double score doubles your points and the jetpack lifts you above traffic along a trail of coins. When the jetpack runs out you are briefly safe from crashes, so you do not land straight into trouble. The shield saves you from one crash or one fall into a gap, so you can push harder while it is up.

Missions and upgrades

Missions marked in one run must be finished in a single run; the others add up over several runs. Rewards grow with each level, starting at 100 coins. Each power-up can be upgraded five times to last longer, with costs rising from 150 to 1,600 coins. Upgrade the magnet and jetpack first, as they bring in more coins.
